Buckhorn's Bi-Color Stack and Nest Totes are ideal for a wide range of food, manufacturing and distribution applications. Available in a wide variety of dimensions, each container features dual color for fast identification of stack and nest positions. Totes are available in solid and vented styles. Container footprints are modular to 48" x 45" pallets. The most popular size is the 24" long x 15" wide x 9.5" height stack & nest tote with a capacity of 45 lbs. Bi-color stack and nest totes stack when loaded to protect contents, nest when empty with 180 degree turn - 50% nestable. The colors clearly identify stack and nest positions: Alternate - nested, same color - stacked. They are compatible with automated handling equipment and have smooth surfaces for easy cleaning.
