Center Flow Bulk Box Container

The reusable 57" long x 45" wide x 65" high Center Flow Container is a convenient and efficient way to handle seed, granular materials or small components in loads up to 2500 lbs. The smooth funnel shaped interior and large center opening provides complete emptying of contents as quickly as 30 seconds. The side-operated door provides a safer work environment and save thousands of man-hours over handling flexible bulk bags or cardboard containers. The center flow's efficiency makes it a perfect choice for agriculture, plastics and resins handling and small parts manufacture applications.

Center flow bulk container features include tight fitting lid gives protection against contaminants. Lids feature reinforced ribbing, corner stacking supports and domed shape to drain water from top surface. Rugged construction is molded of 100% HDPE structural foam. Will not rust, peel or splinter. Resistant to water, mild acids and withstands temperatures of -20 degrees F to 120 degrees F (-28.8 degrees C to 48.8 degrees C). Side access sliding door allows one person to control the flow and safely remove all or part of the contents. Safe center flow discharge port allows safe, quick emptying of part or all of the containers contents- opening is 8.1" x 10.7". Cross-member reinforcement contains molded in cross members for additional lateral strength and reinforcement. Interior funnel design features smooth sides and funnel shape for complete emptying without tipping. Secure stacking and nesting featuring guide lugs for easy stacking. Removable ring inverts and nests over base for compact storage when not being used. When nested the center flow container takes up 40% less space. Maximum stack height when filled: Four containers high. Includes clear plastic document holders. Reinforced feet with steel hit plates deflect forklift tines.
