NestWire Pallets are the number one name in nest-able wire export pallets. We have introduced a new solution to an old problem- what to do with all of those pallets when not in use. Warehouse Rack & Shelf LLC has developed the solution in their new, welded wire pallet. They can be designed to handle up to 4000 lbs. Our nestable wire pallets weighing in at less than 50 lbs. each, with a footprint of 40" x 48" (less than 14 sq. ft.), these nesting pallets can be stacked up to 80 high. That's less than .175 sq. ft. each. Try that with a wood pallet.
Our NestWire brand wire pallet has a smooth, shiny electro-galvanized after weld finish. Our galvanized wire export pallets are rust resistant and can be stored outside. The electro-galvanized finish is ideal for exporting product on the ocean because galvanized wire pallets resist rust from salt in the air. The galvanized wire pallet is both attractive and durable for long life, yet affordable enough for one-way export shipping.
The NestWire pallet provides the durability which only steel can offer. A special corrugated steel foot and 9-point loading design offers complete 4-way entry accessibility for fork-lift, pallet jack or pallet truck use. These reusable/ returnable pallets are designed for use on any flat surface which will support the 9 foot design. They are NOT designed to be stored on the beams of a rack system. Another added benefit is the minimal transportation costs of these returnable pallets due to their unique nesting ability. Eighty (80) pallets nested together are less than 90" high. One person can easily handle this lightweight pallet when empty, and the steel structural components make it much stronger than other alternates on the market.
The solid steel components of the Nest-wire pallet are easily maintained in the field. The Nestwire pallet base mat is made of heavy gauge, cold drawn welded steel wire with reinforced edge supports to handle the rigors of everyday manufacturing and storage requirements.
