A. Remove 8" directional wheels
B. Slide collar with brake assembly onto pedestal 5/8" above edge of axle hole. Lock with set screw "G"
C. Replace axle & wheels - line up brake bar with wheels - unlock screw "G" rotate collar to equalize - relock.
D. Remove L.H. bolt in handle hinge bolt on hand brake manufactured bracket using spacer and bolt supplied.
E. Connect brake rod - with hand lever in "Go" position & brake bar just clear of wheels. Brake is ready for operation.
