History
For over
three-quarters of a century, Wire Products Manufacturing has met the challenges of
those demanding the best in fabricated wire. Through internal growth
coupled with controlled acquisition, Wire Products Manufacturing has grown to be the largest
diversified fabricator of wire products in the
Midwest.
Materials
Primarily
working with low to medium carbon (C-1008 to C-1018) wire, Wire Products Manufacturing also
works with stock galvanized, tinned, copper coated and stainless. In
addition to round wire, Wire Products Manufacturing is also equipped to fabricate parts from
round and square steel tubing (11 gauge to 22 gauge), flat coil stock and
sheet metal. Wire Products Manufacturing processes 16 million pounds of material per
year.

Equipment
Wire Products Manufacturing has a wide
range of resistant welders (single spot, bar and automatic machines
capable of welding parts 16' long by 6' wide), presses (5 ton to 200 ton),
benders (hand, air, hydraulic, and a 3-dimensional programmable), MIG, arc
and TIG welders, drilling machines for wire and tubing, and many types of
air assisted assembly equipment
