A bulk rack storage application utilizing Ridg-U-Rak selective racking with rotated load beams for 7/8" shallow step giving the shelf a reduced 2.5" beam face. The system is also utilizing wire decking with an inside waterfall, shallow step style & hanging wire dividers. Inside waterfall wire decking can be supplied for both standard 1-5/8" deep step beams or 7/8" shallow step beams. Inside waterfall decks are a special order requiring 5-6 week lead-time. Inside waterfall decking is often used in retail home centers like Home Depot for light-weight storage applications. Standard wire decking has a 1-1/2" waterfall over front & back of shelf and is made for a standard 1-5/8" step beam and has a 2500 lb. cap/pc. based on evenly distributed loads. Hanging dividers segregate shelf spacing for better space utilization and inventory control. Hanging dividers attach to wire decking above and secure to wire decking below. The finish that is pictured on the decking and dividers is white powder coat. Our standard finish is electro-galvanized but we are able to provide powder coating in special colors.
