FACTS : Polly Sheets have a "Tacky" rough surface on the top of the sheet that increases friction, which helps keep the product from slipping and sliding during transportation. The bottom side is "Smooth" therefore allowing the product to slide when the lift truck drops a load with the aid of the fork attached "Push-Pull" mechanism.
To create this effect a film of polyethylene blended with additives is laminated to the top of the Polly sheet, creating a coefficient of friction (C.O.F). The coefficient of friction is higher on the top of the Polly Sheet than on the bottom. Our plastic resins are blended to resist against cracking in freezers and cold storage applications.
