All used material is sold as a lot, as is, where is, subject to prior sale, available for inspection and customer pick up. Items sold with no expressed or implied warranty. Depending on the size of the order and credit approval, special payment terms may apply. Custom -made material cannot be returned. Returns on standard material due to customer miss-order is at our discretion and will require customer to pay a restocking charge and all freight cost associated with returning goods back to the factory. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, MO, and Missouri law shall apply to any such dispute. All stock material is quoted subject to prior sale. If quoted quantities are reduced, pricing may change. Quotations are good for 30 days unless noted. Warehouse Rack & Shelf, LLC is not liable for freight charges higher than the quoted rate. Any Attorney fees incurred by Warehouse Rack & Shelf, LLC to collect payment shall be paid by customer.
