Before the final product is complete, our wire baskets go through the most efficient sequence of assembly steps. We start with the individual pieces including: wire mesh panels, clip pieces, wire helix, hinges, base, etc. These are all galvanized to help prevent rust and then the assembly begins. We lay the pieces out strategically for the fastest path to the final assembled product. Once complete, then the baskets get neatly stacked for shipping. Our refined processes offer us better speed and efficiencies over our competitors.

The pictures on this page are of the assembly area. This is the last step before the baskets ship. They assemble all the parts, go through a very thorough quality control inspection of all baskets, and then pack and stack them for shipping. I can assure you that for over twenty years of supplying wire baskets we've had a 99.9% satisfaction rate.
