Easy Drop-In Installation

Sizes: Custom designable rack deck is made to fit the specific depth (Front to Back), length and load capacity of your rack. Most commonly two pieces of wire deck set side by side per shelf level unless you are using a 12' long beam that requires three decks per level. Standard sizes include 36" d. x 46" w., 36" x 52", 42" x 46", 42" x 52", 44" x 46", 44" x 52", 48" x 46" & 48" x 52". Custom sizes are available.

Strength: 2" x 2", 2" x 4" or 2.5" x 4.5" x 4 Ga. wire grid spacing offers superior strength. With capacities ranging from 2,500# to 3,000# cap./pc. Support channels are 14 Ga. steel construction. We can design a capacity to fit your specific needs.

Superior Finish: Our post-galvanized wire mesh decks are galvanized after welding for a lifetime of rust resistance. Caution, other companies use a gray paint finish that will chip, discolor or rust within the first year of heavy use creating an unsightly appearance within your warehouse or retail store. Type A: For Step Beams- Fits standard 1-5/8" and 1 ½" step down beams. Please let us know if you have a shallow ¾" step and we can provide shallow step deck.

Type B: Flared For Box or Channel Beams- The flange on the Channel of the type B flared channel deck accommodates box, channel, tube and other types of beams. Flared is the most versatile style of deck.
